Business owners may claim their listings to manage information, respond to reviews, and access analytics. By claiming a business, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that business.

6. User Content and Review Policy

You retain ownership of content you submit to Stolution ("User Content"), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.

Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. You agree not to:

• Post fake or misleading reviews
• Review your own business or a competitor's business
• Accept compensation for reviews
• Post reviews containing hate speech, profanity, or personal attacks

We reserve the right to remove or moderate any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Stolution and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOLUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
