Last Updated: February 21, 2026
Stolution, Inc. ("Stolution," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement on our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
To be effective, your notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or other identifying information that allows us to locate the material on our Services.
- Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Accuracy statement: Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
- Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent:
ATTN: Copyright Agent / DMCA Notices
Email: [email protected]
Address: [Company Address]
Phone: [Company Phone]
Email is the preferred method for submitting DMCA notices. We will respond more quickly to notices sent via email.
3. Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access
- Provide the user with a copy of your takedown notice
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notice
We will take action as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving a complete and valid notice.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice to our Copyright Agent.
To be effective, your counter-notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the material: Describe the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or the Northern District of California if my address is outside the United States), and I will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent."
- Good faith statement: Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
- Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notice to [email protected].
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Stolution has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for any user who:
- Has been notified of infringing activity more than twice
- Has failed to promptly remove or disable access to infringing material
- Has submitted fraudulent counter-notices
Account termination decisions are made at our sole discretion and may be based on factors including the number of notices received, the severity of infringement, and the user's history.
6. Abuse and Misuse of DMCA Process
The DMCA process is designed to protect copyright owners from infringement. Misuse of the DMCA process, including submitting false or bad faith notices, is prohibited and may result in:
- Legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA
- Damages, including costs and attorneys' fees
- Termination of your account
- Referral to law enforcement if fraud is suspected
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you have a valid copyright claim and that the material in question infringes your rights. Consider seeking legal advice if you are unsure.
7. Other Intellectual Property Concerns
This policy addresses copyright infringement under the DMCA. If you have concerns about other intellectual property issues, such as trademark infringement, defamation, or privacy violations, please contact us at [email protected].
For trademark concerns, please provide:
- Your trademark registration number or proof of ownership
- Description of how your trademark is being misused
- URL(s) of the infringing material
- Your contact information
8. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time to reflect changes in our procedures or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
